Governor Josh Shapiro’s Campaign Raises Over $3.6 Million in Pre-Primary Reporting Cycle, Demonstrates Continued Fundraising Strength and Momentum
Governor Shapiro raises $3.6 million in just over a month
PENNSYLVANIA – Today, Shapiro for Pennsylvania announced that Governor Josh Shapiro’s reelection campaign raised over $3.6 million in the second reporting cycle of 2026, demonstrating the Governor’s continued fundraising strength and momentum heading into the summer.
With this report, Governor Shapiro’s campaign is building on its record-setting fundraising strength. In the first campaign finance reporting cycle of 2026, the campaign raised over $10 million – double the previous record for that fundraising period in a Pennsylvania gubernatorial campaign. The reelection campaign ended 2025 with the most money raised and the highest ending cash balance during the off-year ahead of an election of any Pennsylvania gubernatorial campaign on record.
This continued show of strength comes as a result of contributions from all 67 counties across Pennsylvania and all 50 states in this campaign — underscoring the broad support for Governor Shapiro’s leadership and bid for reelection.
