NEWS: Josh Shapiro to Launch Statewide “Big Fights Bus Tour” in Final Week of Campaign for Governor of Pennsylvania

Josh Shapiro and running mate Austin Davis will travel across the Commonwealth to get out the vote in the week before Election Day — visiting 21 counties in just six days.

PENNSYLVANIAThroughout the final week of the campaign, Josh Shapiro and Austin Davis will travel across the Commonwealth on a statewide GOTV bus tour to rally support and bring people together behind their vision for Pennsylvania’s future.

On the “Big Fights Bus Tour,” Shapiro will share his plans to move the Commonwealth forward and bring together Democrats, Republicans, and Independents to reject extremist Doug Mastriano’s dangerous candidacy and win this race. Over the past several months, support for Josh and Austin has continued to grow across Pennsylvania – and during this bus tour, the campaign will mobilize voters to make their voices heard by returning their mail-in ballots or showing up to vote in person on November 8.

Josh Shapiro and Austin Davis have spent this entire race showing up in communities all across the Commonwealth – and with this bus tour, the Shapiro for Pennsylvania campaign is set to close out this campaign how it started — running hard in places where other politicians and other Democrats often do not. During the bus tour, Shapiro and Davis will campaign in the following counties:

  • Erie
  • Clarion
  • Beaver
  • Allegheny
  • Washington
  • Blair
  • Clearfield
  • Centre
  • Lycoming
  • Columbia
  • Schuylkill
  • Dauphin
  • Lancaster
  • Lehigh
  • Monroe
  • Luzerne
  • Philadelphia
  • Montgomery
  • Delaware
  • Chester
  • Bucks

As Josh and Austin close out the campaign on the road, the Shapiro for Pennsylvania campaign is up with a new television ad this week highlighting Josh’s plans to make our communities safer, invest in apprenticeships and job training, eliminate the four year degree requirements for thousands of state government jobs, and ensure parents have a voice in their children’s education. Josh and Austin will contrast Mastriano’s dangerous extremism with their plans to address the issues that matter most to Pennsylvanians – like creating jobs and growing our economy, improving our schools, making our communities safer, and defending our freedoms.
