Pa. AG Shapiro heading to court over GOP legislators' subpoena for voter information
Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro said his office will argue in court on Wednesday that the subpoena issued by state Senate Republicans for information about millions of voters “violates Pennsylvanians right to protect their own private, personal data without a legitimate, justifiable legislative purpose.”
